COMPANY TO BE WOUND UP
Judge Grants Order (Received May 18, 11.30 p.m.) Sydney, May 18. Mr. Justice Long Innes in the Equity Court to-day granted an order winding up Australasian Plantations, Ltd., a company formed in 1932 with a capital of £75,000, its object being the acquisition of land in New Zealand suitable for planting tung trees and carrying on business as tung oil producers. It was alleged that the company had fallen into default. Its assets are £25.880, and its liabilities £45,174. The company resisted the petition.
