Airs. lan Dunean, Hobson Street, left by the Alonowai for Sydney yesterday, en route to England. She will be met in Sydney by her daughter, Aliss Agnes Duncan, who will accompany her to England. Airs. H. A. Jones, wife of the Rev. H. A. Jones, of the New Zealand Baptist Missionary Society in Eastern Bengal, returned to Auckland by the Narbada, from Calcutta, and left later for Wellington to meet her children, whom she left four years tigo when she went to India.
