COLLECTORS MEET
British and Foreign Bible Society A meeting of the collectors of the Kelburn branch of the British and Foreign Bible Society was held recently, Mr. Gavin Wilson presiding. Mrs. Singleton was welcomed as secretary and Miss Williams as collector. It was explained how the branch was reorganised, the results proving the present system flic best. Lea, Thompson, Misses Holmes, Troup, Buckerldge, Davidson, Williams and Sister Maud. A vote of appreciation of the work of Mrs. W. A. Patterson, who has been secretary for many years, was passed. The organising secretary of the Wellington area congratulated all present upon the work of last year, and hoped this year’s returns would exceed those of last year. The president entertained all to tea at the close of the meeting.
