"We are used to perjury in divorce courts.” said tlie Acting-Chief Justice (Mr. Justice Reed) during the hearing of a divorce suit in Wellington yesterday. “I do not know which side it is on, but there seems to be a good deal of it here.” From the witnessbox petitioner told of an interview with his wife in which she made important admissions, but her counsel said she knew nothing of it and denied it.
