Wilveranj, one of Sydney’s best-known pacers, was to-day disqualified for two years, along with the owner, N. Michael, and the trainer-driver, E. Harpley. The stewards reported that W ilveranj. who lined up for the Progressive Handicap at the Victoria Park trots last Monday, stood on the mark and took no part in the race. This was due, according to the driver, to a stay on the offside of his sulky becoming difebnneeted.
