AUSTRIAN SCANDAL
Prominent Leaders Bribed Vienna, April 28. The Government's difficulties have been increased by the discovery that the recently bankrupted Austrian Phoenix Life Insurance Company had bribed prominent leaders, Including mejnbers of Prince von Starhemberg’s Heimwehr and Dr. Schuschnigg’s Storm Troops. Dr. Schuschnigg has announced preparations for the repulse of a general propagandist onslaught on the State.
