Overwhelming Majority Tn Favour _ The continuance of tlie sale of liquor in Parliament Buildings during the life of the present Parliament has been assured by a poll taken recently among members of the House of Representatives and of ths Legislative Council. Tlie result of the poll, which was announce,] in (lie R-n sentatives yesterday, revealed an overwhelming majority in iaV; ,„ proposal. In the Legislative Council there was a majority of 32 to 3 in favour of continuance, while in the House of Representatives there were 62 for ami 15 against the proposal. Taken over both Houses there were IM votes for and 18 votes against, continuance, showing a majority of 76 votes in favour of It.
