Education Board in the Throes Called to begin its usual business' at 9 a.m. yesterday, the Wellington Education Board actually. -enr into “open board” shortly after 8.30 last night. . An executive meeting was held from. 3 p.m. on Monday, committee business 1 , was done on Tuesday night and 'continued yesterday morning, when cohficlentia'l’ reports were down for consideration. The board was in the throes-of this business long past the hour it is usually finished, and as a result did not begin to deal with its order-paper until last night. The board rose at 10.1 a p.m.
