BURIAL IN THE ABBEY
Mr. Rudyard Kipling London, January 19. Mr. Rudyard Kipling's remains will rest, as he himself phrased it, “in the hush of the dread high altar where the Abbey makes ns one.” The Dean of Westminster, the Very Rev. AV. Foxley Norris, announces that arrangements have been completed for an Abbey funeral and burial in Poet’s Corner at noon on January 23. The last author who was buried In lhe Abbey was Thomas Hardy.
