EVANS. —On January 20, 1936, at the "Wellington Hospital, Viola Sophia, widow of the late George Evans (late of Feilding and Rangitikei), in her 84th year. /■

FINDLAY. —On January 20, 1936, at his residence, 31 Rimu Road, Kelburn, William Farquhar Findlay; aged 49 years. (Private interment.}

HEGINBOTHAM.-—On January 20. 1936, at Waverley, James Henry (Harry, 11/1709 N.Z.E.F.), youngest son of the late William and Annie Hegiubothain, and beloved husband of Jean Heginbothain.

LOWERY. —On January IS, 1936 (accidentally killed at Lower Hutt), Lillias Ellen Lowery, of 174 Oriental Parade Wellington, beloved mother of Mrs. A. Phillips, Mrs. B. Alexander and Mrs. R, Osborne, of Wellington, and Mrs. Roberts, of Auckland.

MOSS. —On January 20, 1936, at Wellington, Rose, daughter of the late Henry Mosw and beloved sister of Julia 'Moss. (Interred at Karori Cemetery yesterday.)

PKENDEVILLE.—On January 20. 1936, at the Home of Compassion, Island Bay, Edward Charles, beloved husband of May Prendeville. Mt. Crawford, Kilbirnie. 11/1883, 6th Howitzer Battery.
