THEFT ALLEGED
Borough Employee Charged

Erie David Thomson, a married man aged 2-5, employed as a clerk by the Waihi Borough Council, was charged at the Magistrate’s Court with the theft of £57, the property of the council. It is alleged that the money was stolen between July, 1935, and January 13, 1930. He was remanded to appear on January 27. Bail in his own surety of £lOO and another surety of £lOO was allowed.
