Action Against Bank to be Resumed TWO KING’S COUNSEL Dominion Special Service. Gisborne, August 30 A Supreme Court case of considerable interest will commence in Gisborne next week, when Mr, Justice Blair will preside at the hearing of an action in which W. D. Lysnar, of Gisborne, is the plaintiff and the National Bank of New Zealand the defendant. Large sums of money are involved in the claims made by the plaintiff, and tlie hearing is likely to be lengthy. Lvsuar will be represented by Mr. 11. F. O’Leary, K.C., and Mr. Lloyd Wilson, both of Wellington, while the hank will be represented by Mr. A. 11. Johnstone, K.C., of Auckland, Mr. Dawson Chrisp, of Gisborne, and Mr. G. R. Bowles, of Wellington.
