MR. GEORGE ARLISS plays the 1 role of “Spike,” a genial tramp with a genuine love of the open air, in his second picture for the Gau-mont-British studios, now entitled “The Guv’nor.” The action is set iu France; some exteriors will be filmed in that country. including a chateau near Paris, scenes on the French roadside, and a sequence which will be filmed iu a Parisian lodging house. Others in the cast are Gene Gerrard, Viola Keats and Pat Knowles. *
