MOSCOW PAPER’S PROTEST
Moscow, August 27. The "Pravda” draws attention to the apathy of local authorities toward the appalling living conditions of thousands of workers, and instances the new town of Zaporojie, where a census revealed that 16,000 persons are living in 5000 small dugouts, without water and light, within a few yards of the great Dneprostroi power station.
