GLOSSY HAIR IN VOGUE "Dominion’* Special Service.—Bv Air MaH. London, .August 3. Women who want to be stylish must have glossy hair. That is the latest ruling of those who control hairdressing fashions in London. “Any woman who likes to take a little trouble can have the new glossy coiffure,” a famous beauty specialist declared.

“Girls with normal hair can soon acquire the gloss by plenty of brushing, night and morning, with a stiff bristle brush. The brush should be used with long, sweeping strokes. Women who are out of doors a great deal should use a reliable tonic. If the hair Is excessively dry a pomade or ointment should be used and rubbed into the scalp after the hair has been brushed. “Oily hair should be combed rather than brushed, and massaged at home with a non-greasy tonic."
