APPOINTED A JUDGE
New South Wales K-C.
Sydney, July 23. Mr. Horace Francis Markell. K.C., has been appointed District Court Judge and Chairman of the Courts of Quarter Sessions for New South Wales, in the place of Jlr. Justice Edwards, who recently retired.
