ARREST AT NEW YORK

Cabled Request From Paris

New York, July 23.

Police arrested B. Coles Ncidccker on a cabled request from the French Surete saying that a warrant had been issued for his arrest in connection with the closing of the Travellers’ Bank at Paris.

The police were also requested to arrest two brothers and other members of the family on their arrival in America a few days hence. Neidecker said that the total losses of his financial operations would not be more than 250,000 dollars, despite larger estimates from France.
