CLEM DAWE COMPANY
With the departure for Australia of the Clem Dawe Revue Company by the Maknra on Tuesday New Zealand has said a long good-bye to the well-known comedian Clem Dawe. In his latest conversation Mr. Dawe said that the present intention was to play a season in Newcastle, by which time they hoped to be ready to leave for England, where they would tour the provinces, with which they were familiar. The Dawe company is mostly members of tho White family, of England. Clem Dawe, Les White and Erie Edgley are brothers, Miss Dorothy White is a sister and Gregory Ivanoff is her husband.
