AUSTRALIAN TRADE

Union Cargo Service The following are the movements of Union Company vessels engaged in its intercolonial cargo service:— The Gabriella left Greymouth on Tuesday for Melbourne, thence after discharge to Newcastle, where she will load on August 5, completing at Sydney for Napier aud Auckland. The Kaimiro, from Adelaide and Eulthburg, left Melbourne last Saturday for Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton and Tarakohe. She is duo at Auckland next Saturday. The Kairanga, from Newcastle and Sydney, via Auckland, is now due at Wellington next Monday to complete discharge. She will leave here again about August 2 for Newcastle aud Sydney to load again for Auckland and Wellington. The Kalingo is to leave Greymouth, tomorrow for Sydney. She will then load at Newcastle on August 4, completing al Sydney for Wellington and Miramar. The Karepo is to load at Westport and Greymouth, clearing there about August 3 for Melbourne. She will then load at Adelaide, Edlthburg and -Melbourne for Auckland, Portland and Lyttelton. The Karctu, from Newcastle, Sydney and Port Kemibla, was tn have left Hobart yesterday for Bluff, Dunedin, Timaru, Lyttelton and Oamaru. She will then return, via Bluff, to Sydney and Newcastle. The Kiwitea is to load at Newcastle tomorrow, completing at Sj-dney and clearing there next Monday for Auckland and Gisborne. The Ngakuta is to clear Newcastle tomorrow for Wellington aud Miramar, and is due here next Thursday. The Oninna, from Adelaide, Edithburg aud Melbourne, via ports, arrived at Wellington yesterday morning and berthed at the Glasgow Wharf. After discharge she will lay up for survey. The Waikouaiti, from Bluff, is due at Sydney to-day. She will then load at Newcastle, completing at Sydney and clearing there on July 30 for Bluff, Dunedin, Timaru and Lyttelton. The Waitakl, from Melbourne, via southern ports, is due at Wellington to-morrow morning. She will leave again later in the day for Melbourne, via Bluff. OAKBA’NK WITH PHOSPHATES. With phosphates for discharge at Auckland, New Plymouth and Wanganui, the Oakbank left Nauru Island last Saturday. She is due at Auckland on Jnly 30. TROJAN STAR REPORTS. En route from Glasgow in ballast, the Blue Star Line steamer Trojan Star has reported by wireless that she expects to reach Bluff at noon on July SO to commence her Homeward loading. NAPIER STAR AT LONDON. Cabled advice has been received by the Blue Star Line that the Napier Star reached London last Sunday morning. She left Auckland on June 1-1 for London, via Cape Horn. TxYMAROA LOADING. Now discharging and loading at Port Chalmers, the Shaw, Savin liner Tamaroa is to leave there to-morrow for Bluff, Lyttelton, Wellington, New Plymouth and Auckland to complete her loading. She is due here on August 3, and is to clear Auckland finally on xlugust 17 for London, via the Panama Canal. TANKER EMMA MAERSK. IVith bulk fuel-oil, the Union Company's chartered tanker Emma Maersk is due at Wellington this morning from San Pedro and will berth at the Miramar Wharf. DORIC STAR REPORTS. According to her latest wireless report, the Blue Star Line steamer Doric Star is due at Auckland at 4 a.m. to-day from London. She will later discharge at WeUington and New Plymouth and is due here on July 31. The Shaw, Savill Company are acting as agents for the vessel, which, on completion pf discharge, will proceed to Australia to load Homeward. THE CANADIAN BRITISHER. Canadian National Steamships have received cabled advice that the Canadian Britisher reached New York on July 13 and Boston on July IS, leaving again later the same day for Montreal. She left Bluff on June 5. AORANGI’S PASSENGERS.
