TO STAND TRIAL
Willis Street Fatality CHARGE AGAINST SYRON Having pleaded not guilty to a charge of reckless driving, thereby causing the death of Norman Alexander Anderson. Patrick Thomas Syron was committed to the Supreme Court for trial by Mr. W. F. Stilwell. S.M.. in the Wellington Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Bail was renewed in the sum of £lOO, with a surety of a similar amount, conditional upon his reporting ilahy to tlie police. A charge of failing to stop after an accident, to which Syron pleaded not guilty, was adjourned until after the major charge has been dealt with
