Selection of National Man For Wairarapa By Telegraph.—Press Association. Masterton, June 27. A well-attendea meeting of the United Party supporters held at Carterton to-night to discuss the selection of a National Federation candidate to contest the Wairarapa seat at the forthcoming elections, decided to leave the mattgr to the good judgment of the delegates' to be appointed from each side to select the candidate most,likely to have the confidence of the electorate. In accordance with this decision, six delegates were appointed to meet a similar number from the Reform Party with a, view to selecting a suitable candidate.
