NEGLIGENCE ALLEGED
Claim Against Dentist Whether a dentist had extracted all the upper teeth of a patient without her consent was a question which Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M., was asked to decide in the Wellington Magistrates Court yesterday when Miss Elizabeth B. Forster, typist, claimed £29/4/damages from Edward Campbell Evans, dentist. Holding that negligence had not been proved, the magistrate entered judgment for defendant with costs, which were not claimed. Mr S. G. Stephenson appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. O. C. Mazengarb represented defendant. Plaintiff claimed £4/4/- special damages, and £25. general damages, and the costs of the action.
