DECOMPOSED BODY
Found Beneath Wharf By z Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, June 2. This afternoon men in a boat found a btidly-decoiupbsed body of a woman aged about 30, caught ou the timber work beneath the Panmure Wharf. The body, which was naked, has not been identified. A rope was tied about the waist, and this had caught on the timber work. A stick, which was attached to the rope, bad rotted away, and it is thought it contained stones. It is surmised that the body has been in the water about two months.
