MOVE FOR INQUIRY BY MAGISTRATE
Wellington City Elections It is now certain that application will be made on behalf of the Labour Representation Committee for a magisterial inquiry into the conduct of the Wellington City Council election. It was stated yesterday that the application had been prepared, and that after the necessary signatures had been obtained it. would be lodged r;t the Magistrate’s Court. Wellington, either at the end of this week or early next week.
