BELGA DEVALUATION
Britain Fully Armed London, April 11. Apropos of the belga devaluation, Sir Francis Joseph, president of the British Industries Federation, has sent a letter to the Board of Trade urging the Government to advise the world that it was fully armed with duties and quotas enabling it to deal with all foreign attempts to employ devaluation to increase competitive exports to Britain.
