Sir Alexander Young Takes Over Portfolio The Acting-Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. ,T. G. Coates, announced last evening that during his absence from New Zealand tlie transport portfolio would be administered by the Hon. Sir Alexander Young. ' Upon medical advice, Sir Alexander is having a fortnight's rest, but will return to active duty in Wellington.
