Wanganui Annual Meeting Dominion Special Service. Wanganui, April 11. A largely attended annual meeting of the Wanganui branch of the League of Nations was held this evening, when the principal speaker was Bev. Wilkinson, of Wellington, president of the New Zealand Council. The reports showed a 100 per cent, increase in membership, sound finances and effective work by dramatising propaganda and by posters. ’ The election ot officers resulted as follows: —President, Mr. Amundson; vicepresidents. Misses Cole and Graham, Revs. Archdeacon Young, J. Paterson, and L. H. Ker, Messrs. 11. Jenkins, N. Graham. A. Goldsbury, Milne, Allen and A. Douglas; council. Mesdames Douglas. Bannister, Watkin, Rev. Wilkinson, Messrs. Cotterill, C. Goldsbury, J. Rogers, and F. Harrison; bon. secretary, Mr. A. Dixon; hon. treasurer. Mr. I l '. H. Killeen.
