A New Evening Frock.-Flowered satin, which is very popular for evening wear at present, is used for this graceful frock worn by a Fox star. Basques are appearing again, and this one sweeps back to a waterfall frill which falls to the, hem of the frock. The “straight across” neckline, with two tiny buttoned slits, is attractive, and another frill falls over the shoulders to form a V-back to the waist.
