MELTING MOMENTS
Ingredients: Mb. butter, 2ozs. icing sugar, Oozs. flour, 2ozs. cornflour, vanilla. Cream butter and sugar, add flour and cornflour, sifted together. Put small teaspoons of mixture on cold on shelf and bake in moderate oven 15 to 20 minutes. Put together with icing sugar. —From “Silver Peacock.” Palmerston North.
