If you are lying awake at night, overtired, physically and mentally, with redhot worries going round and round in your head, like so many wheels in a watch, try to concentrate with the whole of your will—no, not on sheep going through a gate—but on any beautiful thing that you have seen in your life—C. G. C. Strathfield, in the “Sydney Morning Herald.”
