ROWING REGATTA
Programme For To-day The annual Wellington rowing regatta will be held in the harbour this afternoon. If the wind is southerly the racing will be along Oriental Bay to the Taranaki Street 'Wharf, but if northerly the regatta will be held on the Korokoro course. Among the visiting crews will be Union and Aramoho (Wanganui), Blenheim, Wairau, Picton. and Union (Christchurch). Twelve events figure on the programme, and the first race will start at 1 p.m. ~ A dance, organised by the Wellington Regatta Club, will be held in the Petone club-house to-night, and at this the Pearce Cup and the Bridson Cup will be presented to the winners.
