AUCKLAND OBJECTS
Trunk Air Route By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, February 14. The Auckland Chamber of Commerce decided to-day to ask the Transport Co-Ordination Board to hear evidence in Auckland, or failing that in Wellington, regarding air trunk services. Strong exception was taken to the board’s pronouncement that the most important trunk route would be that between Palmerston North and Dunedin. '• The chairman said that any trunk route which omitted Auckland and Wellington could not possibly give efficient service.
