LOWER HUTT BOROUGH COUNCIL. ■VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at -ft a Special Meeting of the Lower Hutt Borough Council held on Monday, the 11th day of February, 1935, the following resolution was passed : — The Council of the Lower Hutt Borough doth hereby make and ordain by way of special order the following Bylaw Amendment:, No. 6. under and by virtue of the “Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” and all other acts and powers'whatsoever enabling it in that behalf: 1. The short title of this By-law is to be “Lower Hutt By-law Amendment No. 6, 1935.” 2. Provides for the date and coming into force of the Amendment. 3. Amending Section 212 of By-law No. 1, 1928, by adding clauses setting out the area, frontage and depth of any piece or parcel of land upon which a tenement dwelling may be erected, and providing for the method of construction of tenement dwellings, and repealing Section 213 of By-law No. 1, 1928. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above resolution will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, the 11th day of March, 1935, at the Council Chambers of the Lower Ilutr Borough Council, High Street, Lower Hutt, at 7.30 p.m. A full copy of the By-law is deposited at the office of the Town Clerk.
