BUTTER MARKET QUIET
Little Doing at 91/- a Cwt. Joseph Nathan and Company, Ltd., have received from their principals, Trengrouse and Nathan, Ltd., London, the following cabled advice, dated February (s;_-New Zealand butter: No business doing : 91/- a cwt. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following advice from their London house, dated February 6:—Dairy produce (last week's quotations in parentheses):—Butter: N.Z. choicest salted, 90/- per cwt. (86/- to 87/-) ; market slow. Cheese: 46/6 to 47/6 per cwt. (46/- to 47/-); market quiet. Dominion Special Service. Woodville, February 7. The United Dairy Company, Woodville, has received cable advice from its London agents that the following prices were received for the latest shipments of butter arrived from New Zealand : — Ex Rangitane, BS/1 a cwt,; ex Ruahine, 89/- a cwt.; ex Raranga, 90/- a cwt.
