A handsome private motor yacht named the Rosaura, which was formerly the Channel'steamer DieppC, arrived quietly and unexpectedly in Sydney ’harbour to-day, bringing its owner, Lord Moyne, and his guests, Mrs. Winston Churchill, wife of the British statesman, Lady Broughton, Mr. Terence Phillips, and Captain and Mrs. E. O. Kellett on a pleasure cruise. Captain and Mrs. Kellett transferred to the outgoing Monterey en route for America.

The Rosaura, which is of 1538 tons and is 273 feet in length, is most comfortably equipped, but is not. an attempt at a luxury ship. She left London 74 weeks ago on a leisurely eruise to the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, Madras, and Rangoon. She will sail to-night for New Zealand and New Guinea.
