Wellington Beats Manawatu Sixteen rinks from the Manawatu Bowling Centre visited Wellington yesterday, and during the afternoon played sixteyj rinks representing the Wellington centre at the Wellington Bowling Club’s greens. The result depended on the aggregate scores, and Wellington defeated Ma.nawatu by 406 to 316. Before play commenced, Mr. A. Jacobs, president of. the Wellington club, welcomed the visitors, and Mr. J. A. Nash, president of the Manawatu centre, replied on the latter’s behalf.
