RECEIVING CHARGE
By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, February 4. At the Supreme Court to-day, before his Honour Mr. Justice Kennedy, Christopher Haggart Marr, on two counts of receiving stolen property, was acquitted after a 10-minute retirement by the jury.
