Bill to Permit Disposal of Property ALFONSO NOT INCLUDED (Received February 4, 8.10 p.m.) Madrid, February 3. A Bill is being introduced in the Cortes to entitle the ex-Royal family, excepting ex-King Alfonso, to dispose of their Spanish property, which was prohibited in 1931. Ex-Queen Ena’s personal effects will be returned to her.
