The “Daily Mail’s” Paris correspondent says that the French police claim that, the largest gang of international swindlers with which they have ever dealt lias been broken up following the arrest of two alleged ringleaders, a Melbourne man and an American. It allegedly fleeced victims in Germany, England, Switzerland and Italy of tens of thousands of .pounds by means of confidence tricks.
