OBITUARY
Mr. E. G. Marks (Received February 3, 6.30 p.m.) Sydney, February 3. A well-known Sydney journalist and chief law reporter on the "Sun,” Mr. E. George Marks, died yesterday as the result of a fall from a tram the previous day. He was 50 years of age. He was author of many articles on Napoleon.
