Consistent hammering from a neighbouring section proved annoying to those attending the anti-war and antiFascism meeting in the Wellington Trades Hall on Saturday afternoon, and prompted a woman to suggest that the noise was being made on purpose. Such did not prove to be the case when investigation was made. An unemployed nuin was found to be engaged on some task for himself, and It was stated that on a previous occasion when he similarly interrupted a meeting he was set upon by about four men.
