ADMISSION REFUSED
French Communist Turned Back at Dover (Received February 3, 11.5 p.m.) Paris, February 2. M. Cacbin, a French Communist deputy proceeding" to England to attend a Communist conference, was turned buck at Dover, despite the fact that he possessed British visa. He was detained by a police guard until the steamer reft for France.
