Eddie Tolan at Auckland

Auckland, November 30. Eddie Tolan, who has been described as “the fastest human living,” arrived by the Monterey to-day, bound for Melbourne to compete in the centenary world’s professional sprint championship in March. Tolan, who ig a negro, was the outstanding sprinter at the Olympic Gaines in 1932. He turned professional a few weeks ago.
