Dunedin Labour Candidates Dominion Special Service. Dupedin, November 2. The secretary of the Otago Labour ■Representation Committee announced to-day that the National Executive of the New Zealand Labour Party, having investigated alleged irregularities in the taking of the Dunedin selection ballots, has dismissed the protest as being unfounded and has unanimously endorsed the selection of Mr. P. Neilson for Dunedin Central. Dr. D. G. McMillan for Dunedin West and Mr. N. H. Campbell for Chalmers,
