Question of Publication ' (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, October 31. Two members of the Joint Select Committee on Indian Reform will move in the House of Commons a motion on Thursday for the simultaneous publication of the report, and minutes in Britain ami India. That the proposal will be made by these members and not by the Government is due to the tact that, the suggestion for simultaneous pubucation emanates frdm the Joint Committee itself. A similar motion in the House ot I,ords will be submitted by Lord Linlithgow. , If Parliament sanctions the proposal it is anticipated that the report will be available to members on the evening of November 22.
