Report on Petitions X non-committal report was returned* to the House of Reprewitfllives bv the Labour Bills Committee oil 17 petitions which have been presented to Parliament this session prayimr for the repeal of Hie Apprentices Act, lIKI, and its amendments. The Committee recommended that, since the question was one of poliev, the petitions should be referred to the Government for consideration.
