ARRESTED AGAIN
“Wanted” Man to be Extradited Arrested again by tlie Victorian police, Charles Ernest Vickers, an Australian company promoter, who, some months ago, avoided extradition from Melbourne to Wellington to face a charge of false pretences in Connection with the Craftsman Manufacturing Company of New Zealand, Ltd., will bo escorted back to New Zealand by Detective W. R. Murray, who left Wellington by the Matama. In the early part of this year Vickers was arrested In Melbourne on a charge of obtaining £lOOO from J. J. Patterson at Manaia by false representations regarding the Craftsman Manufacturing Company In May, Detective-Sergeant Jarrold. of Wellington, Went to Melbourne to bring him back to Wellington, but the'case against him was dismissed by tho Melbourne Court on a technicality. Now he Ims again been arrested, and he should arrive here with Detective Murray within a few weeks.
