0 Dunedin Ratepayers’ Poll By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, September 11. A poll of ratepayers in Dunedin was taken to-day on a proposal that the system of rating property should be on the basis of unimproved value. The proposal was defeated by a large ma< jorlty, the voting iu favour being 3686, pgainst 8418. ’ ■
