AGREEMENT KEPT
Refusal to Supply Germany (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, August 21. The German yarn tariffs committee stated after a meeting at Manchester to-day that the position in regard to tlie outstanding debts problem with Germany remained unaltered It was generally agreed that it was impossible to resume business until satlsfactorj proposals' for a liquidation of outstanding debts had’ been received. It was decided on August 10 last, that firms would not make delivery or enter into any further business, pending the favourable outcome of negotiations, and it was stated to-day that the trade had unanimously observed this agreement.
