Farewell Teas
In honour of Mrs. Butters, before her return to Christchurch, a very pleasant tea-party was given by Miss Scott at the L>.I.C. tearooms yesterday afternoon, the other guests being Mrs. Homersham. Miss F. Scott and Miss Hoinersham. Mrs. Lenihan was also hostess at a tea-party yesterday afternoon, before her departure for Auckland, where she will make her future home. The table was decorated with grape hyacinths and ribbon of tlie same colour, and the guests were Mrs. Craig, Mrs. T. Reade, Mrs. Loughlin, Mrs. K. McClurg and Miss Christie.
